Many employers these days are looking for people who have good team working skills as they might have to work in groups and teams on some task in the job which might be required.
Working in teams, employees need to communicate properly, be positive and develop new ideas and plan for the task.
 One of the team members might be required to be a leader so the employee should have positive thinking, be brave enough to work in groups and put their own ideas forward.

The employers might look for employees who are able to be independent because they may be required to work on their own when needed without any problems.

Confidence
The person needs to have self-confidence and belief in her/him self that s/he can do a certain task and work with people. Many employers are looking for staff who believe in themselves and also for employees who have self confidence enough to try and solve certain problems themselves.
